Music has often reflected what is in our collective hearts.   Perhaps that's why I use music and song as a way to center and get my footing again when I'm filled with stress and confusion.   Music has been used over the ages to communicate, to express our dreams and desires, to inspire and to soothe. We all have something we can retreat to that gives us back the balance we need in our lives, and for me it's always been music.
